Great atmosphere, staff were friendly and helpful. Plus were very knowledgeable about their products. Plus the dog/cat food there is priced pretty good.

I'm so happy we have this store in Gales Ferry. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and the dog wash area is great! Way better than using my bath tub at home.

Had to get my daughter another shrimp, will be back for more when they restock. The other pet store we got her shrimp from were expensive and he didn't give us the information we needed when selling us fish with them. Needless to say, no more expensive shrimp in our tank...

I went in for dog food and spray millet as I live in ver close proximity. This was as the store was just opening and the owner was incredibly helpful pointing me in the right direction finding a suitable dog food (swapped brands) and also asked if there is anything I'd like to see in the store for my budgies! Great customer service for an awesome small pet store! Will definitely continue bringing them my business!

The lovely worker (I forgot to catch her name) helped me with my pups harness that I got from Walmart, she also gave me so many helpful tips! Very helpful and very kind! The prices are amazing compared to chain pet stores as well! I definitely will be going back!

I’ve visited a couple of times and both women working have been SO helpful. They genuinely speak from experience and with the best care for your pet at heart. They are knowledgeable about many different topics and their products. I also was told if I needed a specific product they could work with me to the best of their ability to order it for me. I genuinely wanted to write this review to support their small business because they are well deserving of the attention!
